Если заходить из админки в модуль "Форум" то http://localhost/rich.php?op=forums
А если через ссылку внизу форума "войти в администраторскую панель" то http://localhost/modules/Forums/adm...da1edd3f5c17fd3

Я ошибся написав что на форуме можно писать топики..
При создании новой темы,нажав на кнопку отправить,вылазит :
